Nice but you should know.....

I like the item but one thing I discovered is if you have an older 357 barrel you may bottom out trying to bring the impact down. My Desert Eagle was an older Israeli model circa 1997. The front sight blade was too short for these sights and impacts about 13" hight at 50 yrds. Results may vary on newer models. Now I am in search of a new taller front sight blade.

Installed on Desert Eagle with a 357 barrel. The front sight on the 357 barrel appears to be an older shorter front (.2095") sight so the impacts are about 12" high at 50yrd with the rear sight max flush. Nothing wrong with this sight, you just need to check your front sight first. Now I need to get a newer front sight (.2605") form MR.
