Works for me. However, the little devil is a bear to get installed. I had two of the depressor springs blow up on me and never did find them. Would I recomend this product, well certainly, if you want to keep your Gold Cup in some sort of original condition.

This sear depressor is only used in colt gold cup 1911 with the heavy steel triggers. I purchased a few pistols that had trigger work done and parts were missing. These are a perfect replacement. No issues at the range.
