Description: PMM SCAR 16/17 Lightweight Lower 1913 Rail Section. PMM CNC's it's own 6061 Aluminum Lower rail section then hard-coat's them per military standards, additionally PMM has taken the initiative to Re design the outer Radius of the rail making for a smoother Rail to Receiver transition as well as the removing the step transition from the factory Rail to the PMM PRE,MRE or KRE.
The PMM lightweight 1913/Picatinny Lower Panel is a direct replacement solution to mounting mission essential accessories on the SCAR 16/17 at a slimmed down weight.
