Springfield Armory Hellion Firing Pin Spring

I am very grateful for a company such as MGW. First off, I have several Springfield Armory firearms and never had a problem. Not a one. Secondly, I also maintain spare parts for all my firearms, especially the common wear items. This part and the others I picked up for my SA Hellion, weren't for any current issues. Just to have. Thirdly, most of the time I've bought parts directly from the manufacturer. Especially one's such as the Hellion, which is made in Croatia and sold via Springfield Armory. However, I have discovered that Springfield Armory is not very reliable on customer service. After buying my Hellion I immediately started the process of obtaining parts. Which I was allowed to order with no problems. When the order came in it was just a flash suppessor... No parts. When I called SA CS, they told me that the firing pin(s) couldn't be sold and that if I needed one, I'd have to ship the rifle to them for the installation. ??? Seriously. The firing pin is easy to install. AR-15 easy. Not the same process, but just as easy. Anyway, I requested to hear from management and as of now, 8 weeks later, nothing, nadda, zilch. Sadly, I am disappointed with Springfield Armory after all these years. I used this incident to search elsewhere and was happy to find MGW and that they carried not just firing pins, but all the parts I like to have. (Note: the Hellion has been plagued with no parts in the past. MGW has apparently corrected this SA issue). Anyway, huge THANK YOU to MGW for taking care of it's customers and customers of other companies, who don't.
