Description: Marlin Laminate Stock Assembly with Thick Pad, Pistol Grip, Brown. This part is a Marlin factory OEM part made to the highest factory specifications, materials and standards. Shipped in a VERY timely manner. Wood quality is very good, Fitment was ok but I needed to sand off some wood where the barrel tenon interfaces to make removel and installation easier. The Buttstock required no fitting initially but neither the tang or front "ears" make full contact with the reciever, which isn't good for a heavy recoiling rifle.
