Description: FN SCAR 16S/17S/20S Back Plate. Machined from durable aluminum, this back plate is designed for FN SCAR 16S, 17S, and 20S model rifles. The back plate is installed at the rear of the upper receiver and secures the stock assembly to the firearm. The back plate features a sling eyelet on both the left and right sides.
Note: It is recommended that all FN America parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.

Shipped quickly and was just as advertised. I used this to make repairs on a Scar 17 that was damaged from canting screws in the upper receiver. Do yourself a favor and use the factory stock and confirm torque specs and loctite for your rear endplate.

After my Scar FB group posted they were in stock I ordered one as a back up since it’s been known for the rear screws to cant from the bolt hitting the back plate from the recoil. Midwestgunworks.com is my go to for all my Scar’s oem parts.
