Description: FN 509 Barrel Thread Cap Assembly. Machined from quality steel, this barrel thread cap is designed for the FN 509 pistol. This component features a textured exterior surface for better grip while installing or removing from the barrel. Also referred to as a thread protector, this component is designed to protect the threads on the barrel when a suppressor is not attached.

Note: It is recommended that all FN America parts be installed by a qualified and trained gunsmith.
