Description: Kimber 1911 Optics Plate, for Trijicon RMR Optics. Manufactured from machined steel with a black coating, this Kimber producedTrijicon RMR optics plate is for Kimber model 1911 pistols chambered in .45 ACP, .38 Super, 9mm, 10mm, and .40 S&W. This co-witness optic plate works with Kimber Optic ready models with the appropriate slide with under lug recess. This optic plate features a perfect degree of cant to maximize optic adjustment, includes mounting hardware, and is perfect for maximizing the improved precision and accuracy provided by the Trijicon RMR sight.

Unfortunately Kimber has chosen to not include optic plates and go for the price gouge to get you to spend more money as compared to other mfg's. So yes, the optics plate is nice, works great, 5 star review, but Kimber themselves should be ashamed they dont include optics plates based on the prices we pay.
