Description: Mossberg 500 Action Slide Nut, 12ga. Blued, Fits 7-3/4" Slide Assy. This slide nut is made from a gloss blued steel and is a factory original Mossberg component. This slide nut is made for the 500 Mossberg shotgun model with a 7 3/4" slide assembly. The slide nut attaches to the end of the slide assembly and secures the forearm around the assembly. This item is perfect for replacing a worn component or to keep in the parts chest as a backup for your Mossberg shotgun. Mossberg factory parts are made to the highest specifications and standards. Long wait for this part, but it was well worth the wait. It mates right up to the Mossberg 500 Action Slide 7-3/4", 12ga that I picked up here a few years back to change out the furniture on my 20 -inch Mavrick 88. Don’t judge me, I could have gotten a 590 or a 500, but you buy what you can afford at the time! By the way MGW in stock email notifications work well so don’t hesitate to try it when your product is listed a Out of Stock.

This action slide nut and its partnered action slide (sold separately here @ MGW); these parts were exactly what I needed, and they work great.

This is one of the exact parts I needed to install the Magpul Forend designed for the 590 onto my Maverick 88. Additionally, Midwest Gunworks is the only place that had it in stock AND didn't overcharge for it!

Purchased new action slide for my mossberg500. This slide nut fit as specified. Only issue I have with the product is it is designed with small thread pattern that if your not careful can cross thread easily. Delivery took almost 2 weeks, I suspect due to cobid19 and post Christmas shipping catch up. I received the product and it worked for what it was meant to.
