Description: Heckler And Koch USP, HK45 Catch LEM. Constructed from steel with a black finish, this factory original part from HK is designed for LEM H&K USP, USP Compact, HK45 and HK45 Compact pistol models chambered in either .45 ACP, 9mm, .40 S&W or .357 SIG. The sear actuator latch engages with the sear to ensure proper movement and hammer release when the pistol is fired. Heckler & Koch is world renowned for their high quality firearms and parts. Small Part, Rather Hard to Find

IF one is tinkering with the innards of a firearm, one is bound sooner or later to lose SOME small piece, be it spring (most likely) or something else. I recently installed an SRT kit in my USPc’s and managed to lose one catch - SOMEWHERE (still haven’t found it). Being able to find such items is a great boon.
MGW is a great source for some of these items. I did check HK store, but they wanted much more money (outrageously so) AND - were “out of stock”, a common condition for that organization.
MGW had it, at a decent price, and shipped my order quite expeditiously. No “special handling” - just good customer service as their baseline. It should be noted that I did not “think” it was the right part, but their product description convinced me that it was. And, indeed, it worked to perfection. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase a spare or two at the time.
