Description: Heckler and Koch USPSD / USP Tactical Recoil Spring Guide Rod Assembly, 9mm and .40 S&W. Made from steel components, this factory original assembly from HK is manufactured in Germany and designed for H&K USP Tactical pistol models chambered in either 9mm or .40 S&W. The recoil spring assembly is installed under the barrel to absorb a great deal of recoil when the pistol is fired. Heckler & Koch is world renowned for their high quality firearms and parts. Upgraded the factory USP spring for suppression

I purchased the Tactical recoil spring guide to replace the weaker stock standard USP spring as I am running a Osprey 45 on the gun. This spring allows for longer slide lock up for the gasses to be sent down the barrel. Also from what I have read it prolongs frame life, but I won't know that for thousands of more rounds.
