This is the "tamper resistant extractor tension pin" which requires a Torx T-15 driver to remove. These are fitted to genuine USGI M18 and M18 pistols (as well as the General Officer version). Will fit and function is the P320 but you need a T-15 bit.
It's what I needed for one of my M18 pistols.
