Description: Kimber 1911 Takedown Tool, Package of 5. This is a take-down tool for aid in field stripping your 5-inch bull barrel model, 4-inch Pro or Compact model and all Ultra models. Used for captuing the recoil spring assembly so the barrel may be removed.

I have the new Wilson Combat EDC X9 2.0.
This tool greatly facilitates the removal of the recoil rod and spring since I can't remove the compensator.
