Description: Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 Manual Safety. This OEM factory original manual safety is manufactured from stainless steel and polymer components for the Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 pistols chambered in 9mm and .40 S&W. The lever is installed around the sear housing block and gives the user an ambidextrous safety option for their pistol. This part is perfect as a spare on the workbench or as an immediate replacement for a lost or damaged component.

Works great for M&P 40 m2.0 Compact 4"

Fits perfectly in my gun, this part will work for every gun 1.0 or 2.0, but not none of the M&P 45s. Polished the exposed metal with a dremel and Flitz Makes it smooth and nice when operating. Make sure you take your time when you put everything back in. This part sells out within 15 minutes and comes back in stock about every 3 months like clockwork. Just be patient. Also, if you are adding a manual safety to your no manual safety gun, dont forget to buy the manual safety detent and spring. I reccomend you buy the whole manual safety rear block they sell here. For only an additional $10 you get all kinds of spare parts in case something rolls off your bench and disappears. I did, and needed it. I lost my sear plunger during this upgrade, and the spare came in handy.
