Description: Smith & Wesson SDVE Recoil Rod Assembly. Made from polymer with a steel spring Smith & Wesson's SDVE Recoil Rod Assembly is specifically for the SD9 VE and SD40 VE pistols. This assembly includes the recoil guide rod for preventing the recoil spring from binding and includes the rod spring for proper function and recoil mitigation. This black recoil rod assembly is perfect for your SD9 VE or SD40 VE S&W pistol as a spare or if you need to replace a worn or missing component.

SD9VE Recoil Spring

Ordered this part as a spare. My original recoil spring is about 8 years old now and is well worn in but not worn out. I got this part for just in case it does decide to cause problems. This is a factory original S+W part and works perfectly. MGW has an extensive selection of parts for the SD9VE and is my go to store when I need them. Service is fast and I received the part in less than a week. Thanks to MGW for fixin me up and I highly recommend them for your firearms needs. Cheers, Barry

Great product, this part works on all SD series pistols & all SIGMA Pistols that require a 3" Assembly. The only pre-M&P polymer framed SIGMA pistol this part will not fit is the rare F series SIGMA which requires a 3 1/4" Assembly.
